Simple and Delicious Chicken Wing Recipe
Hi lovies, or welcome if you're new here! I'm Lind, and today we're doing something basic yet versatile: chicken wings. You can customize them with your favorite seasonings and enjoy them as a snack, appetizer, or even with a salad.
Why Chicken Wings?
Chicken wings are perfect for this time of year. They’re not as cheap as they used to be—I bought an 800g pack for €2.49. How much do they cost in your local store? Let me know in the comments!
Ingredients and Seasonings
I’m using half the pack for a small snack. You can adjust the seasonings to your preference. Here’s what I’m using:
- Aromat: My favorite seasoning.
- Smoked Paprika: A staple in my kitchen. Sweet smoked paprika is also fantastic if you have it.
Feel free to add chili flakes if you like it spicy. No excess oil is needed; the wings are sticky enough as they are.
Preparation
- Coat the Wings: Give the wings a good coat with Aromat and smoked paprika.
- Optional Marination: If you have time, let them marinate for a bit. You can also prepare batches, freeze them, and cook them later.
Cooking in the Air Fryer
- First Round: Place the wings in the air fryer at 200°C for 8 minutes.
- Check and Turn: After the first round, turn the wings to ensure even cooking.
- Second Round: Air fry for another 8 minutes.
Final Touch
Once done, the wings should be crispy yet juicy. I like to ensure they’re cooked thoroughly, even slightly over, to keep them safe and tasty.
Taste Test
Let them cool for a few minutes before digging in. These wings are simple, delicious, and juicy.
